Responsive Design Concepts for PayGo Health (PCP View)

The Green Health Project becomes PayGo Health. The Business Design was based on a supply and demand challenge for Primary Care Physicians (PCP). Based on regional analysis, the team learned that PCP’s appointment books were only about 60% full on a daily basis. The idea was to allow PCP’s to publish there open appointments at a discounted rate for patients. Patients saved money and PCP’s were able to fill their book.
